Izak Leon is now accepting students ages seven and up for private in-home guitar and bass instruction. Izak is an experienced instructor, and an accomplished, formally trained professional musician. He teaches all styles of beginning and intermediate electric acoustic guitar. Rates are very reasonable, and scheduling is flexible. Some of Izak's qualifications include:

• Graduate Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, Instrumental music (Guitar and Trumpet) 1999
• University of Central Florida, Classical Guitar and Music Education, A.A. 2001

• Florida Conservatory of Music, Instructor: Guitar, bass, piano, drums. (3 years)

• Private instructor Guitar, bass (3+ Years)

• Professional performing musician 2001- present

• Recording studio Owner and engineer: San Marco Music, Leon Sound Studios 1997-Present

Izak teaches with a relaxed, structured and goal oriented style. Instruction will be custom-tailored to each students personal objectives. All students will develop a strong foundation in proper technique, music notation, and theory. Students will receive a clear, concise recording on CD or USB of each lesson's exercises at no extra charge.

Current rates are $149.99 a month for four one-hour weekly lessons.

Bert Mingea teaches advanced electric guitar and bass lessons. He was educated with the UNF music department and holds a bachelors degree in music, jazz guitar. Bert is a well respected member of the Jacksonville music community and has been playing and teaching professionally for years.
